Carnegie divests its operations in Luxembourg

Carnegie Group and Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA (UBP) have entered into an agreement whereby Union Bancaire Privée (Europe) S.A. will acquire Banque Carnegie Luxembourg S.A. (BCL).
