The redemption of preference shares in exchange for B-shares in Volvo Cars and additional investment

Lenner & Partners is excited to have advised AMF Pension and Folksam since 2016 regarding their investments in Volvo Cars preference shares. These shares will now be redeemed and AMF and Folksam will subscribe for common shares of class B in a direct issue in connection with the Volvo Cars IPO. The converted investment will correspond to approximately SEK 5.3bn.
